Faust Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon is a Napa Valley red that celebrates the grape itself rather than a single vineyard. Hailing primarily from the Coombsville estate, with contributions from Oakville, Rutherford, and other appellations, Faust reflects the diversity of Napa terroir. Speaking of which, grapes are hand‑harvested, double‑sorted, and fermented in stainless steel and French oak vessels, followed by extended maceration for color and tannin extraction. The wine then ages for 19 to 20 months in French oak.
